Processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

At checkout you can add Shipping Protection to cover your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If a protected order is lost or damaged, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it.

How It Works
Subscribe & Save delivers Teasy Cubes to you on a recurring schedule at a discounted price. Your card is charged automatically each cycle, and your order ships on the same schedule.
Billing
Your first charge happens at checkout. Each renewal is billed on the same date in your cycle using your saved payment method, at the subscription price shown at signup.
Manage, Skip, or Cancel
You're in full control. Manage your subscription anytime from your account portal: update your address or payment method, skip a delivery, or cancel.
Cancellation Timing
Cancel or skip anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Orders already processed cannot be canceled but are covered by our Refund Policy.
